Dhamma Dharā is one of more than 120 centers worldwide offering courses in Vipassana Meditation, as taught by S.N.Goenka and his assistant teachers in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin. Almost 2,000 students per year attend our residential 10-day meditation courses.

Due to the recent outbreak of the H1N1 Flu virus, please do not come to the center if you have any flu-like or cold symptoms prior to or on the course date. Also please do not come if you have had contact with someone with flu within 10 days of course start date. Let us know as soon as possible so that we can give your spot to someone on the wait list. If you need to cancel due to illness, you will be given priority on the next available course. Send all course-related emails to the Registration Committee.
