We're pleased to announce that
the documentary on Alabama prisoners (
The Dhamma Brothers) will be
released in the Boston area at the
Coolidge
Corner Theater
on Friday, May 16, 2008. The film-makers will be present on Friday (May
16) and Saturday (May 17) during the evening shows. Please check the
theater website for showtimes and
ticket information.

Ride Share Board
If you are going to VMC for a course, you can post an offer or a
request for a
ride on the
Ride Share Board.
When
you post a ride request/offer, your email
address is kept confidential. If a student responds to your post, then
you can reply to her/him with your contact information. Since this is a
voluntary board, students are strongly encouraged to use it for
sharing rides.
As a courtsey, if someone responds to your post, please let them know
if you don't have room in your vehicle anymore, or if you have already
arranged a ride since posting your offer/request. Instructions on how
to delete your post will be in the email you receive when you post on
the board.
Old Student site
The Old Student portion of the Boston Vipassana website contains
information for those who have completed at least one 10-day Vipassana
Meditation course with S.N. Goenka or his Assistant Teachers.
A password will be required to proceed further. The password is the
same as that for the dhamma.org Old Student website. If you need
assistance, please contact
us and kindly supply a few details such as when and where you sat your
last course.
